My mission is to activate possibility through the magic of inner innovation.
I built my career using design thinking to develop brands, products, and culture change for blue-chip companies around the world. Now I use that work to help individuals access greater health and wellbeing.
Collaborations led to the creation of multi-billion dollar business models for healthcare companies; published work on how millennials will uproot the concept of innovation; and the design and roll-out of purpose-driven cultures within multinational organizations. As a result, I coached and trained hundreds of Fortune 500 executives in Asia, Europe, and the US on how to become innovators and healthier leaders.
In need of adventure in my personal life, I began to apply the design thinking tools I used in business to myself. It changed my life.
I unexpectedly created Serenflipity as a solo travel experiment to get unstuck. That project grew into an adventure game designed to get people out of their comfort zones, a text message adventure concierge, and a new way to socialize at events. Our first product continues to be sold globally.
I am an active inner adventurer and have been innovating on my inner world for 20+ years. I have studied and apprenticed in multiple modalities, including non-dualist meditation, feminine embodiment, Jungian and somatic psychotherapy, Reiki, and Kundalini Yoga.
I guest lecture on innovation, adventure, and creativity at institutions including Columbia Business School, USC Marshall School of Business, and Middlebury College, and I am currently working on my first book of poetry.
