I’ve spent 15+ years immersed in studies of feminine-masculine energetics, attachment theory, tantra, somatic intelligence, and relational interdependence.

My expertise is in feminine attunement: reading energy, tracking truth, and helping women release the over-functioning and under-receiving that quietly keep love out of reach.

I blend practical actions and deep energetic work, based on my experience, deep study, and apprenticeship across modalities that include tantra, somatics, and psychology.

    • Floating mini calls as needed (20 minutes, up to 2 per month)

    • Personal practices, refinements, and precise insights between sessions
